Taking into consideration the Indian government?? motto of Skilled India through vocational training, Indiabulls Foundation has initiated its Skill Development programme in association with DB Tech Society. To take a step towards achieving women empowerment, 600 women beneficiaries coming from underprivileged background have received professional skill based training through 15 centers spread across 7 states of Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Orissa, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.

These women have received 3 months training to become General Duty Assistants (GDAs) and skilled in providing quality care to patients in hospitals and nursing homes.

They have been trained to provide home based care. After 3 months of extensive and quality training with emphasis on both theory and practical work, they have received course completion certificates certified by NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation). This certification has empowered them in becoming certified GDAs who provide efficient and quality work within the health sector anywhere in India.
