IBF Free Medical Clinics cater to the health care needs of the rural and urban underserved community, providing free medical consultancy, health checkups and free medicines. Indiabulls Foundation, the CSR arm of Indiabulls group, has 15 free medical clinics Pan India that provide free primary, preventive and curative health care servces to weaker and underprivileged patients of urban slums and rural villages.

These clinics provide free diagnosis by a professional MBBS registered doctor with counseling & free medicines given by a qualified pharmacist. Qualified medical personnel and six days open a week operations ensures timely and effective health care to weaker sections of society. Indiabulls Foundation also has a gynaecologist in it's Mumbai Worli clinic serving women and conducting counseling activities for them along with free treatment.
